At White Shanty Quilts, we appreciate your support and strive to provide high-quality products, patterns, and educational resources. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final.

This includes:

  • PDF quilt patterns
  • Digital tutorials
  • Downloadable resources
  • Video content
  • Online classes and educational materials
  • Other electronic products

Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be offered once access has been granted or files have been delivered.

If you experience difficulty accessing a purchased file or resource, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Paper Patterns

All paper pattern sales are final.

Due to the nature of patterns as intellectual property, all pattern sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged or contains an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Fabric Swaps

Fabric swap registrations reserve a place within a specific swap group and require planning and coordination in advance.

For this reason, all fabric swap registration fees are non-refundable.

If you have questions about a swap prior to registering, please feel free to contact us.

Online Classes and Educational Content

Enrollment fees for online classes, workshops, tutorials, memberships, or other educational offerings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

If White Shanty Quilts must cancel a class or event, registered participants will be offered an appropriate refund, credit, or transfer option.

Physical Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the item to assist in resolving the issue.

Approved claims may result in:

  • A replacement item;
  • Store credit; or
  • A refund at our discretion.

Barn Quilts, Pre-Orders, and Custom Orders

Barn quilts, pre-orders, and custom-made items are non-refundable once production has begun.

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us promptly so we can work toward a satisfactory solution.
